(2) Write "IP address" in register of Persistent IP address(0x64C)
(3) Write "Subnet mask" in register of Persistent subnet mask(0x65C)
(4) Write "Default gateway" in register of Persistent default gateway(0x66C)

When DHCP server is connected, default IP address is decided by DHCP server. When DHCP server is not connected, default IP address becomes the address of "169.254.XXX.XXX" by LLA.

When the both LEDs are not turned on, it has possibility of the breakdown of the power supply or the camera.

It shorten the time to recognize when IP address of NIC set to "169.254.xxx.yyy(xxx: 000 - 255, yyy: 001 - 255)" and subnet mask set to "255.255.0.0".
When IP address of NIC is fixed, you can not use other networks (WWW, company LAN, etc.).
